The Contract was awarded to Chinney Construction Company Limited for carrying out alteration & addition and renovation works for offices and laboratories at 5/F (with working area of 3,650m2) of Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Academic Building in City University.

The Works comprise demolition works, general builder’s works, partition system, suspended ceiling system, flooring system, fitting-out works, built-in and fixed furniture and MEP works including the smart access control system.

The project also complies with the Building Energy Code (BEC) including Registered Energy Assessor (REA) under the Building Energy Efficiency Ordinance (BEEO) governed by EMSD.

Completion Date: 11/2022
