Chinney was awarded the contract to design and build Bauhinia (TST) Hotel from G/F to 13/F of No. 5-9 Observatory Court for King Capital Development Ltd.

The boutique hotel offers 54 guest rooms on 12 renovated floors. All finishes, interior decoration, built-in furniture and MEP installation works are completed to statutory standards for the obtaining of PPE licence as part of the Project.
