The contract comprises the construction of a long term cooling system at the Shatin Racecourse for the Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC). A 1,000 TR chiller and a 1,392 TR cooling tower are installed at District Cooling System with associated water pumps and chilled water pipes running over the external wall of Central Store, horse ramp, stable roofs with new structural steel gantry and supporting frame all the way to Central Complex and Apprentice Jockey Quarter.

Chinney managed to carry out the Works in full cooperation with the HKJC racing schedule and associated horse training sessions with special precautionary measures and substantial night works to complete the Works successfully.
