Chinney was awarded the two years term contracts (2015-2017) for building works for the premises within the Main Campus of the University of Hong Kong. Miscellaneous building maintenance and repair works, and routine water tanks cleansing work were performed.

Chinney was promoted for one year extension of the term contract upon completion of the two years contract.
