Chinney was awarded the A&A and Renovation Works for 6/F & 7/F (Existing Roof) of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Complex for City University of Hong Kong, with total gross floor area of 3,200 sqm.

The Works comprises demolition of existing metal truss roofing system, construction of an additional floor covered with steel structural roof (with fall arrest system) & steel staircase, window wall, installation of 2 lift cars and the associated E&M works.

The project provides 42 nos of new offices, 10 nos of new laboratories, plant room & Lavatories and etc.
