Chinney was appointed as the main contractor for the development of Best Western Grand Hotel, a 26-storey hotel with 392 guest rooms and associated amenities, for Himson Enterprises Ltd.

The Works comprises superstructure, finishes, building services installations and fitting-out works, which are completed to statutory standards for the obtaining of PPE licence.
