Senior Building Services Engineer / Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Engineer
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or building services related discipline;
MHKIE / MCIBSE / MIMechE or equivalent would be an advantage;
Minimum 10 years (for Senior Building Services Engineer / 5 years for Building Services Engineer) relevant experience in building services coordination works.
Experience in production of CSD and CBWD;
Candidate with less experience and / or qualification will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.
