HR & Administration Officer / Assistant HR & Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
Report to HR & Administration Manager;
Support full spectrum of human resources functions, such as monthly payroll process, MPF, leave and benefit administration, labor cases, work injury case, employment contracts and other related documents, ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate;
Assist to manage general office administration, office renovation, maintenance, company events, and other ad hoc admin projects;
Ensure the HR function in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations;
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration;
Previous experience in construction industry is an advantage;
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation;
Proficient in MS Office and HR IPL System;
Strong ability in independent, proactive, honest, responsible, detail minded, well organized, team player with can do attitude to work with different parties;
Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all levels of staff;
Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines;
Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
Candidate with less experience and / or qualification will be considered as Assistant HR & Administration Officer.
