BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing BIM models to meet project needs and project execution plan;

  • To create, maintain and amend BIM models in order to produce various outputs such as drawing production from Revit, phase planning (4D modelling), animation, quantities taking-off, rendering, inventory information, clash detection reports, etc.;

  • To explore and adopt new technologies related to BIM to increase productivity;

  • To maintain a register for record of changes and a library of objects;

  • To elaborate a collaborative process and create the work sets;

  • To attend the regular BIM meetings and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma holder in Building Information Modelling / Architectural Studies / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines; 

  • 2 years or above relevant experience;

  • Proficiency in using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD;

  • Ability to work individually as well as in group; 

  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities;

  • Immediate available is preferred;

  • Those with less experience may consider as Assistant BIM Engineer / Assistant BIM coordinator.
