Chinney was awarded the contract for the alteration and addition works of a 26-storey office building at, 60 Gloucester Road, owned by Emperor Group, with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 8,800 sqm.

The building was stripped to its bare shell, and modernized with new building facade including curtain walling, and new MEP installations including new steel structure to support the chiller plant on roof and 3 new passenger lifts. The project also involves substantial structural strengthening work to upgrade the existing reinforced concrete structure to receive its new life.

The building was given the name China Huarong Tower upon the transaction.
