Chinney was awarded the contract to carry out renovation works on 4/F of Au Shue Hung Memorial Library and 6/F of Cha Chi-Ming Science Tower of Hong Kong Baptist University.

The Works comprises building services installations, finishes, fitting-out and built-in furniture works.
