Chinney was appointed as the main contractor of the residential development at 18-32 Junction Road, Kowloon City, for Richfield Group Holdings Limited. The development consists of one 24-storey residential tower, with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 7,800 sqm. Two levels of basement and above grade podium floors with carparks, loading/unloading and associated facilities, shop and resident’s entrance lobby, and recreational facilities.

The building has achieved the Bronze Rating under BEAM Plus New Buildings Version 1.1, with benefit from the green features implemented, including vertical green walls, which improve the efficiency of the building in the day-to-day operations.
