Chinney was awarded the main contract for the residential redevelopment at Lincoln Road. The contract involves piling works, ELS works, 1-storey basement and 3-storey superstructure with internal passenger lift and all necessary E&M works.

The re-development is the construction of a luxury residential building with curtain wall and aluminium cladding to form a curved facades of which the full height glasses lead the natural light to internal areas for the minimizing of the consumption of power. This residential building with circular façade stands in the district of Kowloon Tong as an outstanding feature.

Further, a leisure garden surrounded the building with greenery areas and foot path covered with wood decking reveals it’s elegant atmosphere.
