Chinney was appointed as the Main Contractor for the commercial redevelopment project at 100-114 Bedford Road, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon. It is a rare Grade A commercial building situated at Tai Kok Tsui, which consists of 22-storey office floors, 3-storey podium floors, G/F, R/F and 2 basements. The building is enclosed by curtain wall system on three sides with LED lightings and it provides double deck parking system, smart system and green garden areas, meanwhile the Gold rating for both BEAM Plus and WELL requirements have been achieved in the construction stage of this project.

Effective communication and liaison with all parties are the main challenge in this project as architect, engineers, E&M consultants, façade designer, façade consultant, interior designer and four nominated sub-contractors are involved through whole project period.
