Chinney was awarded the contract to construct a 18-storey education centre for the Pui Ching Primary School. The building comprises an auditorium, sports halls and 2 basement carparks, together with a 2-storey extension on top of the existing primary school Block A.

The Works involves superstructure work, finishes works, fitting-out work, associated MEP installations and curtain wall facade work.
