Chinney was awarded the contract to carry out new office renovation works for EMSD (Municipal Sector Division and Digitalisation & Technology Division) with GFA over 1,200m2 at 39/F of Skyline Tower, Kowloon Bay.

The Works comprises movable glass partition system, raised floor system, acoustic ceiling system, finishes, fitting-out and built-in furniture works. With rather tight work program, Chinney successfully completed the project and handed over to EMSD for operation within 3 months.

The project shall aim to achieve green objective of Gold rating under BEAM Plus Interiors v1.1 by the implementation of green practices in the site, material, energy and indoor environment aspects.
