Chinney was awarded the main contract for development of “Residence 228” developed by Chinachem. The development comprises 88 units in a 26-storey single tower block, rests on a 3-storey podium with high-end clubhouse and commercial areas.

The premises is featured with curtain wall, aluminium cladding, interior fitting-out, swimming pool, kitchen cabinet, kitchen appliances, landscaping and building services works.
