The Jockey Club Postgraduate Hall 2 & 3 house up to 676 postgraduate students in two 12-storey blocks. Commissioned by The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Chinney built the 2 Hostel Blocks together with an Amenity Block, and various facilities include multi-purpose hall for sports, music, and leisure, gymnasiums, common areas, and also an outdoor tennis court and basketball half court.

The project is also awarded of HKGBC BEAM Plus New Buildings V1.2 Platinum with various green features signifying the Green Hostel Village.
