Chinney has completed the redevelopment of TS Tower, a mixed-use complex at 43 Heung Yip Road for Tai San Land Development Limited.

Designed by Eddie Chan Architects Ltd., the development comprises a 187-room hotel with dining and fitness facilities and a rooftop swimming pool with a panoramic view over Sham Wan, as well as quality offices and dining spaces. All substructure and superstructure works were performed, in conjunction with related landscaping and building services works.
