Chinney was awarded the A&A and Renovation Works for Wai Hang Sports Centre of Hong Kong Baptist University, with total gloss floor area of 1,095 sqm.

The Works comprises renovation works at G/F (lobby and office) and 1/F (corridor, gym room, multi-purpose room, office, toilets and changing room) .

The Works also involves A&A Works of new glass canopy at the entrance, and upgrading of existing MEP, such as MVAC installation, lighting installation, electrical & ELV installations, fire services installation, plumbing and drainage works.
