Chinney was commissioned to build a pharmaceutical factory at Wang Lee Street, Yuen Long Industrial Estate. The project comprises the construction of a new 3-storey reinforced concrete building on a raft foundation, alteration and addition works to an existing single-storey steel structure factory including modification of existing underground pump rooms, construction of new DG stores and relevant external works including EVA, open carpark and driveway, and boundary fence walls.
