Chinney was appointed as the Main Contractor for the conversion of the 30-storey Lan Kwai Fong Rhombus Hotel to an office building, involving demolition works, structural strengthening works, MEP works, ABWF works, as well as curtain wall modification to suit the new purpose of the building.

Major challenges of the project were came from the nine floors of luxurious restaurants at 1/F-9/F of the premises of which business operation ought to be maintained, and constraints from day and night activities of two of the most bustling streets in Central, Wyndham Street and Lan Kwai Fong.

The project was completed as one of the coworking spaces of WeWork in Hong Kong.
